Communications Specialist

Job Title: Communications Specialist Duration: 12 monthsLocation: Deerfield, IL 60015 Candidate Responsibilities:This position will fill a gap on the execution of our communications arm for posting all communications, updating and being a control for the website content, providing data to communication manager on readership statistics, via tool, and visualize and enhance the executive presence of team's communications look and feel Typical Day:

• Help ensuring weekly communication channels have coverage and doing final edits on stories and publishing via web content management;
• Making updates to website for content partners;
• Providing graphic support to key clients in division who have presentation to high level leaders and need reiterations until deck is complete and tells the right story

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, communications or if in another field, equal experience within the graphic and communications arenas

• Ability to graphically design icons, imagery and tell stories visually;
• Use of Adobe Suite is preferred;
• Ability to take stories and capture them on video and edit for professionally telling stories to employees is recommended;
• Work on content management systems for uploading web content is a bonus;
• Quality editor and experience writing and reworking copy is necessary.
• SharePoint and Office 365 experience preferred.
