- Long-term contracts (1+ years at a time)
- Looking for this because HUGE projects have long timelines. Shorter projects usually mean smaller scope
- Over-time flexibility
- Deployment weeks may mean 60 hours / week
- Will get paid for over-time, but wants to make sure candidate can be comfortable a few times a year working over-time
- Prefer PGMs to be hands-on - managing things like: risks, issues, status, requirements, objectives of scrum team and project
