- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field and 6 years of program management experience
- PMP certification requires and ship is required
- Agile certification from a recognized authority such as Scrum Alliance, PMI, etc.
- Experience with law enforcement agencies such as DOJ, ATF, FBI, DEA, etc.
- Experience with Pega platform/projects
- Experience using Agile methodologies on complex projects and researching, testing, building and coordinating the conversion and/or integration of new products is strongly desired
