Project Manager / Technical Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Phoenix, AZ that is looking for a Project Manager/Technical Lead to join their team.You will: Manage multiple mid-large size projects and resource allocation Lead agile ceremonies (Scrum Master) and coordinate with Product Owners Proactively and routinely identify, mitigate and report project risks, and monitor, track, and report risk remediations Contribute to traceability of business requirements, functional requirements and technical requirements and ensure accuracy and customer objectives have been met; Along with: Develop project plans, provide, scope requirements and become a SME of the assigned applications Act as the team lead, mentoring, guiding and coordinating assigned staff Ensuring staff task sizing is appropriate and they are meeting their commitments Provide coaching as neededREQUIREMENTS: Windows Server - Beginner - 5 years - Needs to have a knowledge of this item and the ability to troubleshoot as needed C# .NET - Intermediate - 5 years Visual Studios - Intermediate - 5 years Web Services - Intermediate - 5 yearsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
