Lead and Assistant Toddler Teachers

We are seeking experienced early education professionals to pursue their calling in our NAEYC accredited, 3-Star Quality Rated program. Low teacher to child ratios (1:4), generous supply budget, supportive management, and a great mission have 97% of our staff stating they would recommend us as a place to work.

We have openings in our toddler program (ages 1-2). Candidates must be able to work a 9:15am-6:00pm shift Monday through Friday. Candidates should embody the qualities of a great teacher assistant- dependable, caring, responsible, open to learning, and have a genuine love for working with children. But above all, we are seeking someone who works best in a collaborative environment.

The lead teacher must have a Bachelor's in Early Education and previous experience as a lead teacher in a licensed center. The assistant teachers must have a GED or high school diploma and be willing to earn either a TCC or CDA within their first year of employment. Candidates for the assistant position can either be experienced or just starting in this career. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

COVID-19 considerations:

We are currently only allowing staff and children inside our center. Parents are currently using a carpool system or socially distancing themselves outside where administrators are checking children's temperatures and asking covid related questions daily.
