#6402W2 OnlyRemote in a preferred area U.S.A. Seeking a Digital Data Strategist for a one year contract position with option for hire. Please note that this position is for 25 hours a week. If hired, this position requires the successful completion of a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities:
  • Create a short prose document with attached illustrations that describe the tools available to marketers to discover third party audiences and build audience segments
  • Document each platform's accounting practices for complex segments that combine multiple third party audiences using Boolean logic
  • Develop a comprehensive list of all branded audiences including audience name, audience size, and price point
  • Compare actual availability of branded audiences with Digital Master taxonomy and highlight critical gaps or data anomalies (e.g., naming errors, segment size discrepancies)
  • Augment the audience list with all competitive audiences that might reasonably be considered by a marketer, subject to a maximum of 1,000 audiences per platform
  • Create a summary recommendation on how to optimize data monetization
  • Create a repository of data insights by Platform with a matrix outlining the data nuances that exist within each UI and how branded data can be optimized in each
  • Continuously monitor the performance of branded data across all platforms by analyzing usage reports, taking into consideration vertical, sub-vertical, and buyer nuances
  • Maintain industry and platform VOC to (a) rationalize its pricing relative to competitors, (b) increase discoverability of its audiences, and (c) reduce buyer confusion caused by audience duplication
  • Identify resellers who are either duplicating the entire taxonomy or are using data in modeling and marketing that data in conjunction with other data sets
  • Develop testing methodologies whereby branded data performance can be measured and optimized
  • Identify any potential or existing risks, i.e., the potential for data-theft or risk related to privacy/compliance issues
  • Provide insights on how data changes have either increased or decreased data performance
  • Develop vertical focused case studies on audience performance
  • The consultant will collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, and data distribution teams to ensure project deliverables are in line with expectations
  • Consultant will be provided with a detailed copy of its Digital Master taxonomy
  • Consultant will be provided with ongoing input on the specific list of competitors that should be included in the benchmarking exercise
  • Following the initial exercise, may be requested to engage the consultant to extend the project duration
  • Additionally, periodically refresh assessment insights. Consultant will also deliver a fully documented process that internal team members can replicate without external support
  • Required: Four year college degree.
