Job DetailsResponsibilities:
  • Front-load and optimize the manufacturing process on various programs
  • Assist in the implementation of the APQP process
  • Define continuous improvement opportunities in daily production by analyzing the molding process
  • Implement cost reduction and product reliability solutions where possible
  • Design specialized molding, assembly and secondary equipment
  • Improve production layout to improve flexibility/material flow
  • Develop the molding process and tooling documentation to provide a data-driven approach in regards to tooling and process adjustments
  • Test and document molds, machines and processes for increased productivity
  • Lead automation development and maintenance projects
  • Develop processing and tooling standards
  • Maintain compliance of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001
