For over ten years, we’ve served hundreds of industry-leading companies across multiple sectors, becoming their trusted advisor on technology trends and solutions.We are looking for a self-motivated Mac Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our team. This position allows the flexibility to work from home; however, there is a possibility of infrequent visits to client locations if necessary. (We adhere to CDC safety guidelines)Note: The qualified candidate will have real world experience working with Macs in business environments. Responsibilities Include:
- Provide day to day Mac OS and hardware support to our clients
- Provide day to day Mac application support to our clients
- Be experienced in supporting Macs in Microsoft Active Directory environments.
- Be experienced in supporting Mac VPN clients such as Cisco AnyConnect.
- Provide Microsoft Office application configuration and support as it relates to Office 365 including Outlook and OneDrive.
- Keep abreast of the OS/Application compatibility matrix
- Produce artifacts as necessary, tailored to the client's needs, documentation, how to guides, etc.
- Candidate must have an understanding and interest in the small business environment dynamics.
- Current Apple certification's are a plus

- Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments;
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and creative-thinking skills.
