Serves as the lead for all or majority of the analysis efforts of assigned programs/projects; coordinating the work of other business system analysts as needed. Acts as a liaison, facilitating and communicating among several business and IT stakeholders. Assists in bridging gap of Analysis, Design and Development work to get desired work outcomes. PERFORMANCE METRICS: Business and functional requirement documents are high quality, complete, correct, and unambiguous. Resulting processes, business practices, and systems are defect free, intuitive, streamlined, effective, and meet business needs. Delivery of requirements are met within fundamental project metrics (scope, time schedule, and costs. Receives positive feedback from project manager, sponsor, and team feedback regarding role effectiveness and deliverables. RESPONSIBILITIES: Supports medium to large complex projects involving ambiguity and risk encompassing multiple cross-functional business areas. Facilitates and leads interviews with business and technology stakeholders to coordinate comprehensive needs and potential interdependencies. Leads analysis efforts and coordinates efforts of other BSAs. Analyzes business problems and makes recommendations for creative solutions. Facilitates, prioritizes, and proposes business process re-designs to maximize process results. Participates in vendor requests for information or proposals (RFI/RFPs). Embraces change and provides encouragement to guide others through change; manages conflict. Fosters relationships across multiple business and technology areas.
