IAM solutions Architect

? Thorough understanding on IAM business processes, use cases and hands on implementation experience in OKTA SaaS and On-prem products for Authentication, Authorization, SSO, Federation, Multi Factor Authentication, Risk based Authentication, Legacy authentication ? Must have done IAM product evaluations based on customer requirements. ? Ability to understand the organizations? Information Security ?big picture? including the Compliance Regulations, business drivers, access management processes, tools, and practices and their inter dependencies; and at the same time should have attention to implementation level details. ? Strong understanding of Architecture, Design, and implementation experience in access management? At least 3-year experience architecting highly available, scalable, and agile IAM solutions (WAM, SSO, Risk based authentication, Federation, etc.) in alignment with larger enterprise (security) architecture? Handled minimum 4-5 projects in Technical/Solution lead role capacity involving key activities such as Architecture, Detailed Design, Implementation, Integrations of various systems and applications for various access management use cases? Strong experience in preparing high level and low-level solution design documents? Should have in depth understanding of performance tuning and configuration in standalone and clustered mode.? Certification in one of the leading access management products.? Should be certified in least in one of the following: CISSP, CISA, CRISC, SABSA, TOGAF (Security) Behavioral? Strong organizational, interpersonal, and stake holder expectation management skills? Excellent communication (written + oral)? Self-driven and ability to perform in demanding environment? Strong thought leadership, envisioning and solution skills, with an ability to draw big picture at the same time able to detail on lower level functional issues.? Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload? Strong leadership skills with ability to lead Consultants and develop offerings.?
