Project Manager - Privacy and Compliance

Job Description: We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Compliance and Cyber Security team. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems, service accounts and various users align with policies, in addition to helping manage grow maps and new policies/standards that require remediation management from different departments. Job responsibilities Governance, Risk and Compliance

• Facilitate development of a GRC roadmap, compiling a list of all new initiatives and remediation efforts impacting technology stakeholders.
• Plan, schedule, and organize security and compliance related projects.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Oversee and participate in the development of a technology stakeholder training and awareness program
• Work with key stakeholders across our organization to locate existing maturity assessments and policies
• Facilitate and contribute to development and management of a risk framework for Business Owners and Systems Owners
• Execute a risk assessment process as input to the formal development of a business continuity plan
• Provide input into resource plan and program budget for establishing a business continuity program
• Develop crisis management response and disaster recovery plans
• Leverage Fusion software for BC/DR project management and documentation
• Control work- write processes and procedures as it relates to Business Continuity
• Risk management and risk assessment

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of related experience
• Must have experience with IT Audit and Compliance
• Experience with Business process governance
• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
• Broad range of technology Risk knowledge (Risk Assessment and/or Management)
• Ability to evaluate different systems to see if they comply with security standards
• Strong time management and project management skills
• Must be able to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
