myRNStaffing Solutions is assisting our client in Caro, Michigan, to hire a hardworking, compassionate and caring Registered Nurse. This is a 3-month assignment working nights in the Emergency Department.
Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse
As a registered nurse working for our client, you will:
Develops a plan that prescribes interventions to attain outcomes.
Implements the plan, coordinates care delivery, and employs strategies to promote health and a safe environment.
Evaluates progress toward attaining outcomes.
Evaluates the quality and appropriateness of health care; promoting care delivery with respect for individuals rights and preferences.
Nurse to Patient Ratio 3:1
6 bed ER and 25 bed med/surg
Requirements
Nicotine-free
MedSurg experience - highly preferred
2 years ED experience
Travel Experience - preferred
ACLS - preferred
Michigan State registered nurse license required
Compensation
Salary: Based on experience, benefit level and traveler status.
