A degree in Information Technology from an accredited institutions, or industry certifications (MCSE, CCNA, etc.) are desirable but not required.MINIMUM TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:• Three or more years of related work experience in IT service delivery and support.• Microsoft Windows – experience supporting Windows operating systems in an Active Directory domain environment, including installation, troubleshooting, and administration.• Microsoft Office – experience supporting Microsoft Office applications, primarily Outlook, Word, and Excel.• IT Security – knowledge of, and experience working with, anti-virmalware protection,Internet/web/email security, and related.• Computer Hardware – experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, and related devices.• Computer Software – experience installing and supporting both commercial and custom (in-house) software applications.• Networking – knowledge of and experience working in a TCP/IP network environment with wired, WiFi, and cellular/mobile connections, and experience supporting remote/VPN connections.Preferred but not required:o Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive, and Office 365.o Experience working in a warehouse, industrial, or logistics/transportation environment.OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:• Analytics – strong analytical mind with problem-solving skills and creative thinking.• Communications – strong written and verbal communication skills.• Customer Service – experience providing direct service (beyond technical break-fix).• Teamwork - work collaboratively with your team and others (make everyone better).• Flexibility – understands the unpredictable nature of IT work and will make themselves reasonably available for work out of the normal business schedule.• Accountability – take ownership of your work and be responsible.
