- Experience managing & supporting personal and/or network printers/multi-function devices
- Technical Assistance and User Support. Providing support and technical assistance for proprietary software to general public or nontechnical users.
- Experience configuring and supporting Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, Domains, Domain Schemas, Domain Name Systems (DNS), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) and Security Policy Configurations.
- Experience in Microsoft Active Directory management
- Support and maintain user account information on servers
- Support and maintain user account information on servers including rights, security and systems groups
- Understanding of current PC deployment and support technology
- Windows server & desktop technical support (related to application developer workstations)
- Experience supporting a large customer base (1500+ employees) working multiple locations
- Active Directory Tools
- Experience troubleshooting technology support issues
- Remote desktop support tools (RDP, SCCM, etc.)
- Active Directory
- Active Directory Administration
- Mobile Device Management. AirWatch, or similar MDM utility.
- Application Support
- Active Directory
- Desktop Virtualization. Virtual desktop infrastructure technologies
- Work with customers to solve problems and support their needs
- Wireless Experience: Activate and support cellular and Smartphone services and devices to include iPad Galaxy tablets.
