Technical Support SpecialistIn this contract role, you will provide first level help desk technical support in a collaborative work environment utilizing phone, chat, text, video, and email communication methods. Evaluate incoming issues and gives assistance utilizing the appropriate support information and documentation. Makes entries for incoming issues and all activities that pertain to any existing issues within the incident tracking system. There will be training provided onsite for the first few months, then, working remote with onsite occasionally.What You Need to Be Successful?

  • Minimum two years Service Desk, Help Desk, or technical Call Center experience strongly preferred.
  • Available to work on an “on call” capacity.
  • Experience setting up email accounts, VPN and Citrix, troubleshooting hardware and network problems, knowledge of AD, Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Servers, as well as knowledge of Apple IOS as it pertains to (iPhone, MacBook, iPad)
  • Excellent documentation skills a plus!
  • One of the following industry certifications: A+, Network+, MCTS, Security +, MCSA, CCNA, Linux+ would be nice but not a requirement.
  • Able to work from 7am to 7pm (12-hour shifts)
