Sales Account Executive for a Startup Company

A Houston-based start-up needs two Sales Account Executives to generate IT (information technology) sales and business, develop relationships with new clients, make sales visits and presentations, maintains advanced knowledge of products and services, and establishes and meets sales goals.

Expectations

Develops and expands a portfolio of corporate clients by networking and marketing

Assesses technology staffing needs for small and medium organizations and makes recommendations

Prepares sales visits and presentations to pitch product, service, and combination packages to clients

Prepare proposals and Plans

Be a self-starter that can establish sales goals and implements a plan to meet those goals

Be able to facilitate conversations that include technical needs assessments

Contribute in the marketing process of creating marketing literature and promotions and ads

Attend virtual and in-person trade exhibitions and industry events to learn about cutting-edge products and sales

Skills and Qualifications

Experience with Sales and Marketing

Knowledge of CRM, Sales Systems and Salesforce.com

Excellent Written and Verbal Communication,

Good Interpersonal Communication

Ability and experience in Negotiation
