Our industry-leading biotechnology client is seeking a motivated, results-driven Project Manager with demonstrated expertise leading IT projects to successful completion.Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Responsibilities of the Senior IT Project Manager:- Lead complex projects and/or programs
- Leverage expertise in a cross-functional environment and manage dependencies across them
- Lead routine project meetings, core team meetings, daily Scrum sessions, and escalations
- Proactively anticipate potential areas of concern, know when to drive a task forward
- Manage and ensure predictable project/program delivery
- Manage end-to-end project plan across multiple responsible parties
- Ensure timely and accurate completion and maintenance of SDLC deliverables
- Ensure projects are delivered at high quality, in scope, on budget, and on time
- Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of IT PM experience with software applications
- Demonstrated track record of using an Agile process to successfully delivering large complex project on time and in budget
- Experience working on a data warehouse/analytics project
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills; ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work well with minimal supervision
- Ability to effectively drive project execution
- Technical proficiency and customer-facing skills
- Pharmaceutical experience preferred
