- Answering Inbound Phone Calls: Transferring calls to other employees and taking messages when other employees are not available
- Ability to take reliable messages and replay accurate details is a must
- Making Outbound Phone Calls: You will be trained on calling customers on a recurring basis to inquire about future ordering needs
- General Light Cleaning: You will be expected to keep the showroom and office clean
- Samples: You will be expected to organize samples and will be trained on labeling & building sample sets for sales staff
- Uploading Slab Photos: You will be trained to take photos of all inventory and will responsible for uploading them into the system so they show on the website
- Slab Signs: You will be trained on producing colors/name labels for slabs with material name and information
- Homeowners Assistance: You will be trained to assist and accompany homeowners while they view the inventory and place holds on slabs in our software as they make their selections
- If you have experience with slab sales, slab showrooms, or any other building products, your experience will be a plus. Pay will be based on experience
- MUST have a good understanding of computers and Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe PDF
