IT Project Specialist

• Ensure the IT Support Services department is completing projects and meeting deadlines.
• Oversee vendor and third-party relationships regarding pricing and negotiations of hardware and software components.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Manage, oversee and maintain systems and accounts related to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.

• Degree in Computer Science, or related, preferred.
• At least two (2+) years of professional experience executing various projects preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Possess the ability to work independently.
