Debbie's Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Office Clerk!
You will perform clerical and administrative functions to drive company success.

Responsibilities:
- Carry out tasks as assigned by the warehouse supervisor / manager.
- Identify damage, loss, or surplus of goods and materials stored in the warehouse.
- Maintain records of all activities and processes pertaining to the storehouse.
- Match purchase orders to sales orders and distribute to sales associates for processing.
- Enter all paper work into system and file all inbound shipping documents accurately.
- Process and prepare daily orders, create ups and fed ex labels, email/scan/fax necessary documents to customers.
- Maintain office calendar to coordinate workflow.
- Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, preparing correspondence assisting clients.
- Support staff in assigned project-based work.
Education, Skills, and/or Experience Required:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in general office responsibilities and procedures.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
