Commercial Real Estate Team seeking Prospector

Franco Realty Group, a boutique commercial real estate brokerage in Pacific Beach is seeking motivated individuals for the role of Real Estate Prospector. Experience not required but some experience or education in related industries a plus. College students ok and Part time availability negotiable.

This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to Commercial Real Estate and be trained for cold-call tactics by a successful broker. The ideal person is well-spoken, social, and finds it easy to talk to strangers and build rapport with them over the phone. They understand the long term payoff that the Commercial Real Estate industry can provide.

Salary is Competitive + Negotiable

Qualifications:

Must have ability to obtain a California Real estate License and a valid Driver's License

Our main office is in Pacific Beach on Garnet Avenue and Fanuel Street.
