Title: Part Time Administrative Assistant

Summery: The Administrative Assistant serves as a central touchpoint for Sago Property Managers, Staff, Tenants, and Vendors to ensure proactive property management for all Sago customers. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for key tasks associated with documenting correspondence with move in’s and move out’s, scheduling property showings, answering property inquires. Supporting Maintenance inquires, scheduling occupied property walk through’s and vendor invoicing. General office organization and tracking.

Position Requirements:

Experience in an administrative role required; property management experience preferred.

High school equivalent required.

Fluency with using social media and online collaboration tools such as Google Drive, email, Google Hangouts and web-based software.

Key Responsibilities: The Administrative Assistant works collaboratively with the Sago Team and

potential tenants to assist in proactively promoting and managing properties in the following core areas (and others, as business needs dictate):

Vacant Properties

Receives requests, schedules appointments, and confirms appointments to show vacant properties.

Coordinates appointment requests weekly with property managers and staff to ensure responsiveness.

Property Promotion

Assist in posting vacant and coming-available properties on all social media venues and other communication vehicles to promote available properties.

Property Management

Helps maintain property files and audits in an organized and easily accessible manner, ensuring all property files are up to date and accurate.

Communicates with tenants regarding walk-throughs, payment processes, and other property management needs, while maintaining focus on customer service and professionalism.

Administrative Support

Assist vendors, managers, and other Sago team members with coordination of tasks associated with managing properties and communicating with key property stakeholders.

Performs additional administrative tasks aimed to improve the operations and increase the impact of Sago.

Much of the work of this position is completed while sitting at a desk, using a computer and phone and interacting with others. Regularly requires manual dexterity to perform repetitive tasks. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Regularly requires mobility in and around various office and residential environments, as well as other indoor and outdoor areas of properties.
