ResponsibilitiesThe selected Test and Evaluation (T&E) Systems Engineer will support a new program at Perspecta, focused on development of a new Space Domain architecture for the Space Development Agency (SDA). The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of Space Domain Architectures consisting of GEOINT, COMM, and Ground systems. The selected individual will need to lead or participate in the following tasking:• Develop the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) with participation from all stakeholders which will be used to document all phases of the testing necessary to verify and validate a System End-to-End• Develop Use Cases specific to end user needs by coordinating with internal and external participants ensuring all capabilities desired are considered for inclusion in a Use Case Demonstration• Evaluate existing vendor led test events for gaps that may require risk reduction tests at the System Level• Prepare, maintain, and lead implementation of a System Requirements Verification Plan (SRVP) to show how and where requirements verification occurs throughout the life cycle of the system development and deployment into Operations• Develop and maintain a tracking tool for discrepancies through-out the life cycle of the system from vendor led-testing through on-orbit activities and beyond• Evaluate vendor Requirement Verification Plans for completeness and drive closure of requirements in the SRVP, when possible, from these lower level requirement verification plans• Evaluate systems requirements and with the Systems Integration team ensures written requirements have verification methods, verification methods and are verifiableOverall, candidate will need to be able to operate in a fast paced organization to deliver a "CAPSTONE" Demonstration to the user community. During this time, the individual will be required to wear multiple hats and execute short turn tasking under the guidance of Senior T&E team members. The "CAPSTONE" Demonstration will influence follow-on capabilities that will require further maturation and development of the T&E life-cycle.

QualificationsRequires 5 to 7 years with BS/BA or 3 to 5 years with MS/MA or 0 to 2 years with PhD.• Over 5 years' experience required supporting similar DoD or Space Domain T&E Programs using agile methods for schedule driven development• Ability to communicate status with senior Government Leaders at appropriate reviews• Understanding of TCPED with respect to Space Systems (end-to-end)• Minimum TS Clearance required
