Job Description

Prepares and serves meals in an organized manner. Responsible for daily production needs in completing all menu and recipe requirements. Demonstrates a complete understanding of all basic food production skill sets with the ability to perform these error-free and meet the company quality standards.

Qualifications

Experience and/or knowledge of special diets, meal preparation for large groups and safe food handling techniques are required but no less than one (1) year kitchen related experience. Ability to read and understand recipes, work in a teamenvironment, work flexible shifts, handle multiple tasks at one time and communicate effectively verbally and/or in writing.
