Scrum Master / Project Manager

We are looking for a project manager / scrum master for planning and execution of sales performance management transformation, leveraging Xactly. The role is responsible for driving the project based on organizational objectives. Ideal candidate will have PMP, project management, CSM, scrum master experience, will be a change agent to stakeholders to deliver business value and is motivated by the challenge to transform processes leveraging technology. Must have the ability to manage competing demands with professionalism and a win-win attitude. Key Areas of Responsibilities :

• Act as a Scrum Master to lead key initiatives to deliver project objectives for large scale agile projects
• Partner with IT on Iteration Planning/Sprint Planning/Points Planning, Handle Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, Backlog Refinement/grooming, Retrospectives, Sprint Presentation/Demos with team and Product Owner/stakeholders
• Assist key business users (product owners) with backlog creation, grooming and prioritization
• Identify and remove impediments to prevent distractions
• Maintain and publish project plan and metrics
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and Stakeholders to facilitate deployment planning for key release activities (user acceptance testing, end user training, communications, production support)
• Cultivate robust and sustainable working relationships between business and technology teams to foster a cross-functional team environment
• Make recommendations for continuous improvement to enhance effectiveness
• Communicate risks, issues and possible delays timely and with sufficient detail for leaders to understand impacts, options, and for contingency planning, decision making
• Adhere to internal SDLC and review processes and standards

• 2 years minimum experience as a Scrum Master to manage Agile projects with Agile software development methodologies, specifically Scrum, Lean or Kanban
• Experience in leading process improvement and/or change initiatives, especially as it related to software development is a plus
• Self-motivated driver able to make progress despite obstacles and to solve problems
• Strong time management skills and sense of timeliness in meeting commitments
• Ability to understand both business needs and technical issues at a high level
• Demonstrated aptitude for acquiring knowledge and skills
• Exceptional facilitative skills, must be able to lead and demonstrate value add principles with transparency (e.g. desire to bring disclosure and grow trust)
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both oral and written
• Proficient with JIRA and Google suite
• Scrum Master or other agile certification is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent experience
