We’re looking for a critical thinker who is naturally curious and intrinsically motivated to continuously improve the system.

A Day in the Life of an HCM Manager:
  • Oversee HCM system and workflows to ensure data accuracy, operational efficiency, accurate and timely pay and benefits and HR compliance with federal and state laws, regulations and policies
  • Provide post-launch end-user support, testing, change management, and training
  • Build and lead a strong functional HRIS Team while managing the day-to-day activities to support HR, Payroll, Benefits and other inter-related functions.
  • Provide overall prioritization of work assignments and management of functional team resources, and their activities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across all functions (HR, Finance, IT, Operations) to maintain and develop processes that will create a best in class HR operations platform and an excellent employee experience
  • Gather business requirements from Cinemark’s Workday users and translating those into simple and organized processes defined within Workday
  • Develop and prioritize the Workday HCM project roadmap, including project managing new releases and change initiatives
  • Evaluate new opportunities, determine requirements and prioritize based on business goals, return on investment, and risks to deliver near-term value without sacrificing long-term effectiveness

What You Will Need to Have:
  • 4+ years of Workday Business Process and/or Domain Security configurations experience
  • 2+ years in a leadership role, managing a team
  • Advanced knowledge of Workday HCM and all other functional areas: Benefits, Payroll, Absence, Compensation, Talent, Security and/or Reporting
  • Creative and innovative thinker - Come up with unique solutions to meet Cinemark’s business needs
  • Strong prioritization and project management skills - Prioritize your workload, break complex requests into manageable tasks, coordinate with others, and deliver on commitments
  • Strong communicator - Use written, verbal and listening skills to engage internal partners, understand their needs, and convey technical content to non-technical colleagues
