Express Employment in Redding is seeking talented and capable applicants to fill several key roles for a growing organization. Staff positions are available in Project Engineering, Drafting, Applications Engineering, Finance, and Operations.
This is for a vertically integrated company which manufactures water treatment systems to address
contaminated groundwater impacted with emerging contaminates (PFOA/PFOS, VOC's, fuels, 1,2,3‐TCP,
TOC, Chrome 6, and Arsenic). Based in Redding, California our capabilities include design and
engineering, system manufacturing, system installation, startup services, and site civil construction. The
integrated system approach allows this company the ability to deliver the entire treatment system from the
influent to effluent flanges on the treatment pad. This creates more value for our clients and the end-
user.
The Accounting Clerk will assist with general accounting duties such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, data entry, invoicing, and expense reporting.
Essential Responsibilities
Providing support to the Accounting Department
Accounts payable data entry
Accounts receivable data entry
Creation/distribution of invoices
Performing basic office tasks, such as electronic filing, data entry, etc.
Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone and email
Management of expense reporting
Skills and Qualifications
Proficient in Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Advanced abilities with Excel
Comfortable using a computer for various tasks beyond general accounting tasks
Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America.

The Operations Administrative Assistant duties revolve around supporting others. Their job duties can vary widely, not just from job to job, but from day to day at the same job. On any given day, they may perform a variety of tasks. They will work closely with the Shop Manager and Manufacturing Manager.
Administrative Assistant duties and responsibilities
Greet and direct guests on campus.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings.
Collect, prepare and distribute mail.
Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence.
Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents.
Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Maintain Safety Training records.
Order and maintain Office and Shop supplies on a regular basis.
Maintain accurate inventory counts and interface with purchasing agent.
Operations Administrative Assistant skills and qualifications
Daily make independent decisions, addressing the best way to handle specific tasks.
Must collaborate with a variety of administrators, support personnel, management, and vendors on a regular basis.
Keep yourself and others organized.
Be able to determine which tasks are the most important in each list.
Proficient in Office Suite Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Willing to work in a heavy industrial environment and support a fabrication shop.
Read and write English, communicating effectively with team members.
Must always demonstrate and follow safety guidelines.
Education
The minimum level of education for an Administrative Assistant is a high school diploma or GED.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America.
