Controller

Great opportunity available in Caprinteria for an experienced Controller to be responsible for full financial reporting, setting and tracking budgets, cash flow control, risk management and company financing.

Salary: $125,000-$150,000/year

Position Overview:

The Controller will have the opportunity to contribute to the long-term planning and financing, audits, process improvements and other cross-functional projects.

The Controller will report to the COO and be part of the Senior Management team.

Daily accounting and cash management.

Oversee Accounts Payable & Receivable department.

Completion of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (balance sheet P&L, statement of cash flow) and tax returns (sales, 1099’s etc).

Audits and review preparation.

Oversee payroll department.

Manage and apply for licenses and permits.

Accounting and property management of related entities.

Budgeting, forecasting and tax planning.

Requirements:

4 years of Accounting experience or Finance Degree

5+ years of GAAP accounting experience

2+ years management level experience

Must have experience within a manufacturing company

Proficient in QuickBooks
