Accounting Coordinator

Are you an accounting professional looking to join a great team? Come work for the beautiful Alisal Guest Ranch and Resort located outside Solvang. Responsible for all components of the Accounts Receivable function for the Ranch, including monitoring A/R reports and special event deposits to provide monthly updates to management and posting payments. Day Audit, preparing daily cash/remote check deposits and recording revenue reports from our PMS system into Sage100. Acting as liaison for other departments and Accounting to assist with billing/invoice questions, posting/transferring charges in the PMS system, set up and maintenance of accounts, issuing refunds, and assisting with other general requests as needed. Assisting Controller and Accounting Manager with various tasks and projects, research, customizing reports, posting journal entries, GL analysis, and other administrative tasks that may arise. Knowledge of MS Excel required and experience with Springer Miller Host, Touch, and POS preferred but not required.
