Real Estate Sales and Marketing Assistant

I am a real estate investor in Austin. My partner and I are looking for a motivated assistant who is also interested in real estate to work from home. Specifically, we need help calling leads and support with some administrative work. The right person will be comfortable cold calling, that will be about 75% of the work. This person will be able to think on their feet because while we will go through training and have some scripts, no two calls will be the same. We prefer someone with a great personality to a sales “bulldog”. Our business is in building relationships with clients, not just landing a deal.

Initially, once you get the lead started, you will hand them off to us but eventually, we will train you to manage the whole process and increase pay as you go. We’re offering a starting pay of $10 an hour plus $25 to $50 bonuses for each lead you hand off to us. Eventually, though, we will pay you a percentage of the sale for any leads you are able to close, which will be significantly more. We really want someone who is good at this and to have them grow with our business.

Initially, we want this person to start at about 15 hours a week for the first few weeks and if you are a good fit, will increase all the way up to full-time ( though we can also keep it part-time if that’s what you want). You will need to use your own computer and we will pay a $50 a month stipend for your internet.
