The mission of our Driver Recruiting Specialist role is to help expand our team of experienced, professional CDL drivers in a hyper-competitive market.Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment
Be willing and able to reach out to commercial drivers through various contact methods, including phone, email, text and social media platforms.
Be knowledgeable on the opportunities available to drivers, with the ability to find the right opportunity for the right candidate
Ability to pre-screen potential applicants for "red flags" prior to the application process
Ability to thoroughly and promptly assess driver applications, and background reports on candidates
Work independently, with self motivation and organization
2. Retention
Work with our current drivers to proactively discover and address issues, with the ultimate goal of driver retention
Plan and attend driver related functions to keep our driver base engaged
Specific measurements of success
1. 60-minute or less response times to new leads
2. 100% application review within 24 hours
3. Ability to close 40% or greater qualified applicants
4. Maintain 10% or less quarterly turnover rate
Pay:
Salary plus Incentives to equal $40,000 to $70,000

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years Driver Recruiting Experience
CDL or other Commercial Transportation Experience is helpful
