The Back of House (BOH) Manager is responsible for maximizing revenues, providing professional leadership to FOH team and displaying a high standard of customer service to achieve and maintain guest loyalty.

Lead by example

Establish a relationship of trust with entire team

Manage all aspects of day to day operations

Thorough communication with other members of management team

Quality Assurance

Ensure product is correct and meets quality standards at all times

Enforce proper food and beverage handling procedures

Financial

Assist the Kitchen Manager in achieving profit goals

Team Development

Maintain proper staffing levels

Assist in employee growth and development

Ensure staff is properly trained

Counseling of employees when needed

Sanitation, Cleanliness and Safety

Enforce proper food handling procedures

Availability

Five 9-12 hour shifts per week
