Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid Schedule), Half time onsite and Half time Remote

Must-Have Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner/Business Systems Analyst role
  • Experience using an ERP System (MS Dynamics, SAP)
  • Experience working with any CRM software (Salesforce, Freshworks CRM, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Insightly).

Day to Day:
  • Collabera is looking for a Product Owner for an established manufacturing company in Tampa, FL.
  • This candidate will work in an agile environment and participate in scrum meetings as a Scrum Master or Product Owner.
  • They will lead teams through complex business process development.
  • This candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional product development and data teams, to support the delivery of internal digital products.
  • This individual will need to have a strong understanding of business process flows, software infrastructures, and financial interfaces and have experience with ERP systems and continuous improvement processes.
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting high impact business needs and being able to translate them into project requirements
  • Developing a deep understanding of the products/tools used by the team, and analyze for continuous improvements
  • Effective presentation skills and be able to explain complex data and charts in a concise manner to a large audience
  • Distinctive problem-solving and project management skills
  • Strong work ethic and ability to lead multiple projects and meet deadlines and timelines
  • Experience answering complex questions through data, analysis, and clearly communicate findings to multi-functional teams for direction
  • Act as a consultant and provide insights, observations, and recommendations to help improve the business
  • 2-4 years’ experience working with Customer Care Center technologies - including but not limited to cloud-based telephony infrastructure, chat systems, and/or other Contact Center modalities
  • Experience working directly with engineering teams for all phases of the development lifecycle (estimating, solution design, development, testing, and deployment).
  • Experience and familiarity with UX engagement - designs, wireframes, interactive prototyping, style guides, and navigation development
  • Action-oriented. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; a willingness and ability to operate at both higher and more detailed levels as required
  • Maturity and ability to work independently and with a team in a dynamic project environment
