Rack Warehouse is an ecommerce company located in Williston, Vermont that sells automotive racks and accessories. We work in a seasonal industry where business picks up in the spring and summer as more people are looking to outfit their vehicles for their adventures outside as the weather across the country warms up.

We are looking to hire a new member to join our Customer Service team. This new member must be available on Saturdays and in the afternoon during the week. This is a great opportunity to join a fun team and cool local business. It is a perfect opportunity for someone who is willing to learn and is looking for a part-time job with more availability during the summer months when school is out.

The new Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers on the showroom floor as well as on the phone. They will also be responsible for verifying and checking fitments on orders prior to shipping and processing. This new team member must be willing to help out in other aspects of the business including shipping, receiving and be able to provide assistance with installations. We are willing and excited to train the right person to join our growing team! .

Salary: $13-$15/hour

Job Type: Part-time

Qualifications:

-Responsible and Dependable

-Strong Verbal Skills

-Ability to develop and maintain a working knowledge of the products

-Customer Service Experience (preferred)

-Effective PC skills including email, chat (preferred)

-Ability to learn a point of sale application (preferred)

-Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
