EXPEREINCED HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Rosenthal Heating & Air Conditioning is growing! With the acquisition of Wisconsin Heating & Cooling Pro's we are looking for experienced service technicians who want to work full time all year round. We are looking for team players who want to earn more and be busy year round.

As a Service Technician you will perform service, maintenance, and warranty work requests on Residential and Light commercial applications. Ensure complete Customer satisfaction by professionally servicing and repairing systems in a consistent and quality manner. Strive to maintain a professional Company image in the marketplace through personal attitude, action, and appearance.

3. Strong technical knowledge, servicing Furnaces, AC unit, Heat Pumps, Mini-split Systems, Boilers, Indoor Air Quality Products.

4. Successful at performing all service repairs at a high proficiency level to customer’s satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

1. Minimum 3 Years Performing Residential and Light Commercial Service Technician Functions

2. Ability to write routine reports. Ability to speak effectively with customers.

3. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.

4. Ability to apply common sense understanding in written, oral or diagram form.

5. Knowledge of using computers and iPad for a service call.

6. Have hand tools, gauges, amp probe, gas and Freon electronic leak devices

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Perform all service and warranty calls as directed by dispatcher.

2. Participate in “on-call” service rotation with other service techs as required.

3. Follow through on uncompleted calls order parts, re-schedule calls, and communicate with customer.

4. Inform Customers of Company’s products and services that can enhance their home.

5. Correctly, neatly and completely fill out all service invoices.

6. Follow procedures in Company Vehicle Handbook for vehicle maintenance, operation and cleanliness.

7. Any and all other work-related tasks/duties as related to the Service Technician Position.

8. Valid drivers license

9. EPA Universal Certification

10.Wisconsin Qualifier Credentials a plus!
