Closets by Design is a locally owned franchise in Lakewood, Oh. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, pantry's, home offices, wall-beds, garage cabinetry and more. We desire motivated, organized, caring individuals who have a passion in providing superior customer service.

We are currently searching for a Sales/Production Support Coordinator to join our growing team with following responsibilities /not limited to:

Lead Management and Clerical Duties:

-Answer and screen incoming calls with accurate names and companies

-Capture all inquiries (leads) and schedule into firm appointments

-Assign leads to designers based on skill level, availability and location – maintain equitable distribution of scheduling leads

-Review designers’ availability to be able to schedule appointments quickly

-Verify all leads are assigned – check for any unassigned leads and determine why

-Competently answer questions from clients

-Confirm all next day appointments

-Schedule and monitor design center appointments at the show room

-Respond, both orally and in writing to common inquiries

General Clerical

-Assist in confirming all daily sales appointments (AIM)

-Assist in checking voice mail & emails; return all phones calls/emails first thing, especially those requesting appointments

-Keep supply designer paperwork available

-Assist with showroom cleanliness and organization.

-Assist walk-in clients

Client Orders

-Help front office input orders and submit payment information into CBD manager

-Assist with scheduling installation dates when front office or production manager is not available

-Review and understand designs

Installation

-Monitor service board to ensure all services have been completed

-Coordinate with production manager to identify any new follow-ups for service issues

-Confirm installation teams with production manager for the following day

-Generate all installation paperwork & review for accuracy

-Confirm all installations with client’s day before installation

-Enter all installation information into CBD.

-Confirm that material is ready for any scheduled service.

-Maintain installation boards on daily and monthly basis. Update CBD manager as necessary

-Assist in verifying all installations have been invoiced daily- including update status and payments.

-Assist in scanning completed job files

Monday- Friday

Hours: 8:30 – 5pm (Full-Time)
