  • Bachelors degree required
  • 5+ years experience in business analysis and requirement documentation preferred
  • 4+years experience in Information Technology preferred
  • Strong verbal and written skills are required.

Responsibilities: THIS IS REMOTE JOB
  • Conduct business and carry out responsibilities that supports, promotes, and fosters culture and company values
  • Accountable for managing and delivering the support requests for assigned Business Unit and related requests. This includes the planning, documenting, troubleshooting, solving, and communicating of a variety of requests, incidents, and problems independently within multiple areas.
  • Strengthen Business relationship with IT by establishing strong, trusting partnerships within your assigned area of responsibility
  • Serve as the conduit between business partners and technical teams through triage, research, requirements, testing, and support.
  • Strong collaboration and communication with technology teams, business teams, vendors and subject matter experts to perform daily activities.
  • Collaborate with external and internal customers and vendors to analyze business needs and work with teams on solutions.
  • Document in detail business and system processes and requirements
  • Lead assigned initiatives, communicate status, issues or risks to management and stakeholders
  • Creation and maintenance of technical and functional knowledge articles
  • Creation and execution of test plans
  • Serve as the business lead during incident on-call rotation, communicate with business and technical partners, track progress towards resolution and test for validation
  • Identify the business impact of system issues and facilitate communication as appropriate to stakeholders
  • Surface areas of opportunity for system and process improvements to address recurring requests and/or incidents
  • Engage with business partners to effectively understand and shape sprint prioritization
  • Engage and communicate with senior management as appropriate
  • Learn and train on applications across the assigned Business Unit’s technology portfolio
  • Learn the processes and tools needed to perform the role effectively
