- Provide help desk support to users regarding: PC; Phone; Printers; E-mail; Office 365
- Provide excellent customer service to employees on a wide array of computer/technology questions
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues both in person and over the phone
- Perform computer set-ups as needed for users
- Provide Network backup operations
- Create and maintain virtual machines
- Install, test, and monitor servers, firewalls and new software
- Install, monitor, and maintain endpoint protection in corporate and branch locales
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
- Monitor SIEM and/or endpoint protection platform
- Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance with minimal impact to daily business operations
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field or equivalent experience.
- At least four years of experience in IT
- Hands on Help desk and network experience
- Knowledge of desktops, servers, routers and switches
- Microsoft Windows 10
- Microsoft Windows Server 2012 - 2019
- Microsoft Office 365
- Virtualization, Hyper-V
- CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, CCNA or relevant IT certifications preferred
- Apple OS experience
- Microsoft Intune
