Senior UI Engineer

Our client develops cutting edge, open source tools to help enterprise companies combine their monolithic, microservice, and serverless applications. Major institutions rely on our client's innovations to seamlessly transform their technical environments and keep them running in the most advanced, efficient manner possible. Right now, they're building a 20-person engineering team that is primarily developing in Go and React with a multitude of AWS tools. As a Senior UI engineer, you'll be working to both enhance and add new functionality to the front end of their applications. Although their ideal candidate will have a strong background in React, knowledge of either Angular 6+ or Vue.js are adequate substitutes. For all their hires, they look for people with strong CS fundamentals and a desire to work in that tech stack. They have recently been named one of the hottest cloud start-ups in the country and are getting interest from top players in the game such as Google, Docker and Facebook. Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
• Experience working with large scale applications
• React/Redux
• Typescript
• HTML
• CSS

• Knowledge of either GO or Node.js
• Understanding with Microservice architecture
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to work across various levels of an organization
• Strong analytical capabilities in designing new systems/modules
• Ability to produce very stable software while working in a quick paced environment
