Personal Aide, Home Helper, Caregiver – mornings

Seeking someone who wants to make a difference as personal aide to a 29 year old woman artist near Cerrillo and Richards St.

We are looking to fill a morning shift 6 days a week. 5 of the days will be about 2 hours and 1 other day about 4 hours, beginning about 9am. More hours are possible.

Duties include housekeeping and cleaning, shopping, and meal preparation with a pleasant young woman. We are looking for someone who has experience working with people using wheelchairs or with physical disabilities, such as aiding in transfers, dressing, and showering.

Qualities we are looking for: Working quietly and efficiently. Experience following a recipe, dependable, honest, respect client's privacy, have a driver’s license and clean driving record. Applicant should be an independent worker with experience cleaning and preparing healthy meals who is able to maintain a quiet professional working relationship with client/employer. We are seeking someone who can keep a regular schedule, and possibly be flexible to work extra hours if needed.

A background check and finger printing will be required on hire. The wage $14.00 an hour with raises possible (IRS reported income) and is contract work.
