About the Program

Mossy Meadows is a specialized program that will serve one (1) individual with high mental health, DD and high medical needs. The bungalow style house is located in Oregon City, Oregon. It is a charming home and near community parks and walking trails are readily available at neighboring Clackamas Community College.

Position Details

We have four (4) Full-Time openings for a Personal Care Associate position at our Mossy Meadows RTF program. If you have experience working as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), Residential Assistant (RA), Residential Counselor, Skills Trainer, or Caregiving, then this position might be a good fit for you.

Work Schedule: Monday-Sunday, 5 days a week, Day/Swing/NOC shifts available and TBD

NOTE: Program to open May 2021!

This position requires that applicants have the ability to work as a member of a direct care team serving adults with severe and persistent mental illness; to support the development of life skills; perform housekeeping and meal preparation; and pass medication. In addition, you will receive crisis de-escalation training, which requires performing various physical, hands-on maneuvers and techniques.

Caregiving and/or mental health experience (personal or professional) is preferred

Dedication to the wellbeing of each client and helping them meet their activities of daily living (ADL)

Be attentive and engaging with clients both in the community and within program

Orient, train, and supervise residents to perform properly, safely, and independently within the guidelines of the Personal Care Plan

Successful applicants MUST also have a valid Oregon driver’s license, maintain a safe driving record, and the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.

Pay & Benefits
