- Determine pricing in accordance with retail goals and realities
- Collaborate with content marketers to produce and maintain written content
- Work with designers to create compelling visuals (images and videos)
- Strategically optimize PDPs for searchability and conversion
- Maximize quantity and quality of product reviews
- Execute promotional programs to improve sales
- Support digital marketers working to drive demand and RoAS
- Build relationships with retail account managers (i.e., vendor managers)
- Create and maintain detailed account analytics and performance reporting
- Drive exponential organic growth and double-digit-plus year-over-year comps
- 3+ years of eCommerce experience for a consumer-focused brand
- Specific hands-on experience with Amazon - ideally a 1P/vendor account
- Results-hungry self-starter with a proven track record of growing sales
