Hobson Heights Capital is a private money real estate lender whose customers are real estate investors, builders, and business owners. We are located in Downtown Ventura and looking for a part time employee to work approximately 3 days a week.
The ideal candidate will be able to effectively create / organize files in Dropbox, communicate with escrow and title officers, and complete document packages for law offices / loan servicers. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with borrowers and investors.
Qualifications
Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Strong communication skills
Strong ability to multitask
Friendly and upbeat demeanor
