Bilingual Medical Assistant

Full Time Bilingual (Spanish/English) Medical Assistant is needed for our busy practice located in Arlington, VA. The candidate MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A DOCTOR'S OFFICE SETTING (OB-GYN EXPERIENCE PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED); as well as, excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, great phone manners, and be able to multitask and be a team player. The candidate must be able to handle a high volume of work in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities are as follows: works with electronic medical records, assists physicians with patient care, assess and documents patient’s history and vital signs, cleans and stocks rooms as needed, takes care of related lab duties (prepare specimens, lab orders, etc.), provides telephone triage, provides patient education, maintains pharmaceutical samples and performs other duties as needed.
