The Project Manager position will support Clinical areas by providing project leadership, supporting the needs of organization leadership and guiding technical consultants on assigned projects. The position will have direct communication with end users and stakeholders to elicit needs and implement required solutions. They will create an environment that enhances creativity & stimulates productivity by promoting integrated and comprehensive forums, objective dialogue and solution based actions. Responsibilities will include evaluating work requests, clarifying the objective or goal of the work, provide insight to options and solutions, align the project work with sprints, and keep open and ongoing communication with all levels of the business.

Major Challenges
  • Provide timely and consistent customer service.
  • Maintain professional courtesy when faced with constraints, demands and business demands.
  • Develop good relations and teamwork with Gillette departments and vendors.
  • Adapt and adjust to ambiguity, changes and varying information.
  • Proactively take the lead rather than waiting for specific direction, outlines and direct specifications.
  • Provide insight and guidance to business and operational needs and ensure timely decisions and high quality solutions that are in the best interest of Gillette.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, Information Technology or equivalent Experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in one or more of the following areas: leading projects supporting clinical teams, integrated health record including clinical functions, or facilitate business process analysis and improvement
  • Experience and knowledge with healthcare information technology (electronic medical record system- Cerner, Epic, etc.): application support, development & lifecycle.
  • Ability to analyze, organize and solution based thinking.
  • Experience collaborating with healthcare business units and developing solutions and processes.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, decision-making, time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated a high degree of initiative, dedication, and innovation.
  • Ability to articulate and provide context in all forms of communication and discussions.
  • Ability to work effectively on an autonomous or team basis.
  • Ability to adapt and adjust to demands of work, changes and team dynamics.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools MS Word, Excel
