Business Systems Analyst Consultant

Business Systems Analyst Consultant Contract 12 Months + Remote Within the IT team, there is a need for a Business Systems Analyst to support an ongoing project requirement currently in-flight. Paired with one Project Manager, the resource will serve as BSA to the completion of the project. • Experience in working with projects through complete delivery is preferred. • The resource must have experience working with sensitive data. Duties include: • Act as liaison between business and technical teams. • Gather and document requirements for an automated process, overall roles and permissions details, data migration, and change requests. • Provide quality assurance team test case support, giving clarity for requirements and expected behaviors, and reviewing developed test cases for requirements alignment. • Provide support to development and quality assurance teams during development, answering questions about existing requirements and clarifying/updating existing requirements as needed. • Facilitate review and update of the backlog. • Provide support for defect management. • Plan and conduct User Acceptance Testing. • Provide support for training. Upgrading home grown systems that involve Financial Aid data. This person will be paired with a PM. Insurance/banks companies have these types of employees who handle confidential data such as SSN. Environment is Java. BSA who has taken a project to completion. Two keys: People working with sensitive data and have seen a project to completion. UAT- Selenium, Cucumber. Working with stakeholders who are User testers.
