100% remote opportunity! Part-time, 20 hrs/week. Our client is seeking a Service Desk Representative to respond to and resolve customer inquiries and incidents with a high degree of technical quality and customer service.
Responsibilities of the Service Desk Representative: - Build strong and positive customer relationships
- Ensure timely resolution or escalation of issues to maintain SLAs
- Communicate promptly on progress
- Handle customers with a professional attitude
- Use incident management system to track progress
- Provision, maintain, and remove security privileges across all managed systems
Requirements of the Service Desk Representative: - At least 1 year of experience in technical support
- Ability to communicate and apply policies
- Ability to request approvals for exceptions
- Ability to build customer trust and satisfaction
- Ability to troubleshoot client issues
