Now Hiring Experienced Baristas!

Farm City Coffee is now recruiting for our coffee bar/gourmet drinkery at the Nashville Farmers' Market. Looking for coffee enthusiasts and mixologists to join our staff- shifts Monday thru Sunday. Duties include but are not limited to: hot & cold barista bar work (serving espresso beverages, ice coffees, blended drinks, lemonades, smoothies, floats, milkshakes, craft sodas, greeting customers, taking orders, running cash register, and handling money). Applicants must have previous coffee shop / barista experience to be considered for the position.

We seek individuals that are friendly and outgoing with great customer service skills. Must be honest, trustworthy and reliable. Punctuality is imperative & you will need your own reliable transportation. Must be able to handle rushes and have the ability to multitask. We're looking for people who are easy going and professional. Positive attitudes are a must!

We take our craft seriously and enjoy being a part of the Nashville coffee culture. Wages are based on experience level, effort, & attitude.
