We are a fast-paced and busy family-oriented chiropractic office located in the Kyle area looking for an organized and friendly billing & admin assistant to help our billing specialist in many areas!

Must be self-motivated and able to work independently, very detail-oriented and great customer service skills are a must! You must pride yourself in customer satisfaction and act as the first line of response and always bring a positive can-do attitude with you. Must be able to work well with others in a fast-paced environment and able to multitask when needed. Wasting time on your cell phone and other unproductive things will not work for us.

Duties include: insurance verification, posting insurance and cash payments into electronic health records system, following-up on outstanding claims and accounts receivable, maintaining current credentialing for the providers, answering phone calls and patient questions, sending patient referrals, scheduling patient appointments and more. Must be able to handle cash cases, insurance and personal injury.

Prior experience is preferred and Spanish speaking is helpful but not required. Must be great with communication and ability to handle situations where a patient is upset or any misunderstanding. Need to have a working knowledge of the billing and follow-up process. Must be a team player with the rest of the staff with the goal of helping every patient.

Hours are all Monday- Friday and FLEXIBLE!
