Administrative Assistant – We are looking for a detail oriented, adaptable, team player to join our fast pace office. Candidate would have excellent customer service skills and phone skills; prior construction office experience is required. Candidate will be answering the phone, booking appointments, running errands, filing reports, and assisting the rest of the office staff in day to day activities. Must have a positive attitude to join the team!
Project Coordinator – additionally as a project coordinator, the successful candidate will be required to work closely with an assigned project manager to see projects through from conception to completion. You would be responsible for organizing the project managers schedule, sending and following up on bids and proposals, coordinating projects once on schedule, and other various support tasks. The ideal candidate is flexible, a quick learner, self-motivated, and able to work well with multiple personality types.
Complete training is provided, Computer skills required (MS Office, Adobe, MS outlook), ACAD not required.
Skills:
Proven work experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Administrator or similar role
Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel)
Familiarity with office equipment, like all-in-one copiers and fax machine, etc.
Basic math skills
Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Office Manager/Supervisor Experience preferred
